Refund Policy

Refunds for unused sessions are available only if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Requests made within 24 hours of the session or after the session has occurred are not eligible for a refund.

Only unused funds may be refunded; materials, administrative, and processing fees are non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to bunniesnturtles@gmail.com will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
