The information provided by Bunnies & Turtles and its supporting organization, Duageeso, is for educational and developmental purposes only. While our programs are designed and supervised by experienced educators, mentors, and counselors, we do not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Participation in Bunnies & Turtles programs is voluntary, and parents or guardians remain responsible for their child’s health, safety, and well-being outside of program hours. All activities are designed to be age-appropriate and conducted in a safe, nurturing environment.

By enrolling in or participating in any Bunnies & Turtles program, families agree to release Bunnies & Turtles, Duageeso, and all affiliated staff, mentors, and volunteers from liability related to program participation, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

1. Program Participation

Participation in Bunnies & Turtles programs is voluntary. By registering, parents or guardians acknowledge that:

Activities are designed to be developmentally appropriate for children in Pre-K through 1st grade.
Children must be accompanied to and from each session by a parent or authorized adult.
Parents remain responsible for their child’s health and well-being outside of scheduled program times.
Any special needs, allergies, or health concerns must be disclosed during registration so appropriate accommodations can be made.

2. Mentor and Volunteer Expectations

All mentors, junior mentors, and volunteers are expected to:

Complete the required training and certification process before working with children.
Model positive, respectful behavior at all times.
Follow safety and supervision guidelines set by program leaders and site supervisors.
Uphold the mission and values of Bunnies & Turtles with kindness, integrity, and professionalism.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program.

3. Fees and Payments

Any fees collected help cover program materials, supplies, and administrative costs. Fees are non-refundable once pods are formed, except in cases where Bunnies & Turtles cancels a session or program.

4. Attendance and Scheduling

Pods are formed based on age and gender to promote balanced, effective learning groups.
Families agree to attend all scheduled sessions to maintain consistency within the pod.
If a participant cannot attend, parents must notify the program coordinator as soon as possible.

5. Media and Photography

Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for documentation or promotional use only with prior written consent from a parent or guardian. Families may opt out at any time by emailing bunniesnturtles@gmail.com.

6. Health and Safety

We prioritize a safe, nurturing environment for all participants.

Children showing signs of illness may be asked to stay home to protect others.
All mentors and supervisors receive training on positive behavior management and child safety.
Emergency contact information must remain current and accessible.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, photos, and written content on the Bunnies & Turtles website or in printed materials are owned by Bunnies & Turtles and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

8. Liability Waiver

By participating in any Bunnies & Turtles program, parents, guardians, and volunteers agree to release Bunnies & Turtles, Duageeso, and their staff, mentors, and affiliates from any liability related to program participation, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

9. Website Use

Visitors agree not to misuse the website or attempt to access restricted areas or data. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.

10. Policy Updates

Bunnies & Turtles may update these Terms periodically. The most recent version will always be posted on our website, with the effective date clearly listed. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
